Simulation study on influence of different process parameters on foam density uniformity of refrigerator box
Taking the refrigerator box as the research object,through the simulation of the foaming flow process of the box,the results of the gates position distribution,pressure distribution,and density distribution during the filling process were output.The process parameters were adjusted to improve the uniformity of foam density,so as to improve the performance of the refrigerator box.The results showed that the density data generated by the simulation was in good agreement with the density data obtained by the actual test,which proved the accuracy and reliability of the simulation.On this basis,by adjusting the process parameters such as the injection volume,nozzle size,and injection speed,the optimal process conditions were obtained,and the density uniformity of the target box after foaming was greatly improved.
