轴向补料量对扭力梁内高压成形质量的影响

研究了轴向补料量对CP800材料扭力梁内高压成形质量(成形壁厚分布和成形精度)的影响,结果表明:轴向补料能改善扭力梁的壁厚分布和成形精度,但补料过多会导致连接区起皱,影响其成形质量;当轴向补料量为12 mm时,最大减薄率为8.3%,整个扭力梁的尺寸精度都在0.5%以内,满足零件的设计要求.
Influence of axial feeding amount on internal high pressure forming quality of torsion beam parts
The effect of axial feeding amount on high pressure forming quality(forming wall thick-ness distribution and forming accuracy)of CP800 torsion beam was studied,the results showed that axial feeding could improve the wall thickness distribution and forming accuracy of torsion beam,but too much feeding would cause wrinkles in the joint area and affect the forming quality.When the axial feeding amount was 12 mm,the maximum thinning rate was 8.3%,and the dimen-sional accuracy of the whole torsion beam was within 0.5%,which met the design requirements of the parts.
