摘要

针对壳盖凸模在数控铣加工过程中表面出现接刀痕缺陷的问题,分析了接刀痕的产生原因,制定针对性解决方法,通过改善工艺和实际加工验证,提高了具有平面与曲面结合的模具零件的加工品质.

Abstract

In view of the gear mark frequently appeared on the surface of shell cover punch in the NC milling process,the causes of gear mark were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were formulated.The machining quality of die parts with flat and curved surfaces was improved by pro-cess optimization and actual machining verification.
