摘要

通过对安装支架的冲压工艺及单工序模成形进行分析,确定采用11道工序的级进模进行成形.为保证条料的同步移动和送料顺畅,下模采用浮动顶料机构,还介绍了条料的粗定位和精定位.模具经试冲,结果表明:设计的排样方案和模具结构合理可行,能满足安装支架的大批量生产需求.

Abstract

Through analyzing the stamping process of the mounting bracket and the single process die forming,a progressive die with 11 processes was used to form.In order to ensure the synchro-nous movement and the smooth feeding of the strip,the floating ejection mechanism was used in the lower half of die,and the rough and fine positioning of the strip were also introduced.The die trial results showed that the blank layout scheme and die structure were reasonable and feasible,and could meet the needs of mass production of mounting brackets.
