摘要

针对汽车背门外板下段及顶盖后段2个零件,研究其冲压工艺,采用对拼工艺与双槽工艺,一次冲压得到2个汽车顶盖后段零件和2个背门外板下段零件,拉深时通过使用阻力较大的拉深筋,避免了成形过程中因为材料流入量不稳定造成最终零件质量成形不稳定的现象,保证了模具和零件的精度,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本.

Abstract

The stamping process was studied for the lower section of back door outer plate and back section of head cover.The two parts of the back door outer plate and two parts of the lower part of the back door plate were obtained by using the splicing process and the double-groove pro-cess in the primary stamping process.The draw bead with high resistance was used in the drawing process to avoid the unstable quality of the final parts caused by the unstable material inflow in the production process,which ensured the precision of mould and part,improved the production effi-ciency and reduced the production cost.
