摘要

对某车型翼子板表面质量问题进行分析,根据不同的缺陷设计不同的改善方案,经过多次验证及调试达到改善表面质量的目的,通过对翼子板表面质量的改进,提高了零件的外观质量,为汽车行业其他零件的表面质量改进提供参考.

Abstract

The appearance problem of an automobile wing was analyzed,and the targeted improve-ment scheme was made according to different defects.The improved surface items were achieved after verification and debugging repeatedly.Through the improvement of the appearance of the wing,the appearance quality of the parts was improved,which provided references for the appear-ance improvement of other parts in the automotive industry.
