摘要

分析旋转斜楔和摆动斜楔的旋转轴、旋转凸模半径、旋转凸模回退角度设置的方法,并介绍在汽车冲模实际开发设计过程中常用的旋转斜楔、摆动斜楔的设计及适用场合,对比分析其优缺点,为模具设计提供多种可选用的斜楔结构,达到提高设计质量和效率、降低模具制造成本的目的.

Abstract

The setting method of the rotation axis,the radius of the rotating punch,and the back-spacing angle of the rotating punch of the rotary wedge and swing wedge were analyzed.It intro-duced the design and application of several commonly used rotary wedge and swing wedge in the actual development and design process of the automotive punching die.Their advantages and dis-advantages were compared and analyzed,so as to provide a variety of optional structural methods for die design,which improved the design quality and efficiency and reduced the cost of die manu-facturing.
