Research on non-waste punching die for automobile aluminum heat insulation part
The importance and market demand of automobile aluminum heat insulation parts were discussed,and its excellent heat insulation and noise reduction performance were pointed out.The non-waste punching die was designed,the manufacturing process of such parts was analyzed,and the die structure,material selection of the die parts,heat treatment process,and working principle of the die were described.The practice proved that it reduced the manufacturing cost of the die and improved the production efficiency by using the improved structure of the non-waste punch-ing die and the baffle.
