摘要

针对某汽车保险杠结构设计了注射模防收缩痕机构,机构可实现从保险杠两端翻边内侧进行防收缩痕减胶料,克服了传统保险杠注射模无法实现从保险杠两端翻边内侧进行防收缩痕减胶料的难题.采用该机构能有效减轻保险杠两端翻边产生的收缩痕,提升成型塑件的外观质量,同时还能降低塑件生产成本及模具制造成本.

Abstract

Aiming at the bumper structure,the anti-shrinkage mark mechanism was designed in the injection mould.It could realize anti-shrinkage mark and plastic material reduction from the inside flanging of the two ends in the bumper,while the traditional bumper injection mould cannot real-ize it.The mechanism could effectively reduce the shrinkage marks caused by the flanging of both ends in the bumper,improve the appearance quality of the moulded plastic parts,and reduce the production cost of plastic parts and manufacturing costs of mould.
