摘要

以两端不规整长饰条为例,通过现场出现的问题反推Moldflow分析中容易忽略的问题,将滞留痕的影响明确化,确认现场温差线与滞留痕为同一问题的试验设定,同时对此类问题提前进行优化调整,预警现场工艺调整时出现滞留痕的问题,达到减少实际调试损耗以及在前期分析时注意浇口开启时间的影响.

Abstract

Taking the long trim strips with irregular ends as an example,the influence of the reten-tive marks was clarified by extrapolating the field problems to the problems easily ignored in Mold-flow analysis.It was confirmed that the field temperature difference line and the retentive marks were the test settings for the same problem,and such problems were optimized and adjusted in ad-vance to warn the problem of the retentive mark in the field process adjustment,so as to reduce the actual debugging loss and the influence of the gate opening time in the preliminary analysis.
