摘要

对混合器波瓣的整体成形工艺进行了分析,利用PAM-STAMP软件对成形过程进行模拟仿真,对仿真结果显示可能造成零件减薄和开裂的部位采取措施,最后提出合理的成形工艺方案,解决了零件整体成形时产生裂纹、减薄、起皱等难题.

Abstract

The integral forming process of the mixer lobe was analyzed,and the forming process was simulated by using PAM-STAMP software.Some necessary measures were taken to the areas that may cause thinning and cracking on the parts.Finally,a reasonable forming process scheme was proposed,which solved the cracking,thinning,wrinkling and other problems in the integral forming progress.
