摘要

在结构拓扑优化理论基础上对某部件的箱体进行碳纤维复合材料结构设计,通过拓扑优化得到箱体结构的筋、肋布局,建立碳纤维复合材料的结构模型,并对此进行厚度与角度优化,最终得到碳纤维复合材料箱型结构.

Abstract

The carbon fiber composite materials structure was designed for the box structure of a part on the basis of topology optimization theory.Firstly,the rib,and rib layout of the structure was obtained through topological optimization,and the structure model of the carbon fiber com-posite was established.Then the thickness and angle of the carbon fiber composite were opti-mized.Finally,the box structure of the carbon fiber composite materials was obtained.
