内螺纹塑料盖注射模设计

塑料盖上的内螺纹不能强制脱模,须在模具上安装自动脱模机构使螺纹型芯旋转脱模.在塑料盖的外圆柱面上设计了防止其在型腔中旋转的凸起,根据塑料盖的结构设计1模4腔的模具,4个型腔呈正方形排列.为了提高生产效率,并使不同注射批次的塑料盖内螺纹起始点具有一致性,模具采用由"斜导柱+齿条+齿轮"驱动螺纹型芯旋转的脱模机构,为防止开模时斜导柱立即驱动螺纹型芯旋转,斜导柱采用了延时驱动设计.
Design of injection mould for internal thread plastic cap
The interal thread on the plastic cap couldn't be removed by forced demoulding,it need install a mechanical transmission mechanism on the mould to rotate the thread core.The outer cyl-inder of the plastic cap was designed to prevent the product from rotating in the cavity.According to the product structure,a mould with four cavities were designed,and the four cavities were ar-ranged in a square manner.In order to improve production efficiency and make the internal thread starting point of different injection batches of products consistent,the demoulding mechanism that driven by the"inclined guide post+rack+gear"to rotate the threaded core was used.In order to prevent the inclined guide post from driving the screw core rotation immediately when opening the mould,the angled pin was set up with the function of delay opening the mould.
