The breast shield is composed of face cover and bottom cover,they would be placed in a set of mould for production.In view of the large difference between the structure of the face cover and the bottom cover,so,the cavity plate and core of the face cover and the bottom cover need be designed independent inserts respectively.The three-plate mould structure and the straight gate gating system were adopted.Aiming at the 3 holes on the surface cover,in order to eliminate the clamping line on the outer surface of the product,the demoulding mechanism with the slider in the fixed half of mould was used,it was driven through the relative motion between the runner ejector plate and the core retainer plate in fixed half of the mould.In order to demoulding the inclined cy-lindrical hole on the inner surface of the face cover,the demoulding mechanism of the inner slide block was designed.The support plate was set between the core retainer plate in moving half of the mould and the riser.The auxiliary opening mechanism separated the moving template from the support plate and drived the inner slide block to demoulding.The water well and through the com-bination of cooling channel were designed,and the water cover was divided into two layers,so that the distance of channels and the cavity were basically the same.
