摘要

以立式四轴加工中心后处理为研究对象,基于NX1899后处理构造器Post Builder制定FANUC Oi-MF数控系统四轴加工中心后处理文件.通过Tcl语言编写程序,使后处理文件实现自动判断3+1定轴加工或四轴联动加工,输出锁紧和松开旋转轴的M代码及解决旋转轴在快速转动时产生卡滞的情况,最后通过实际加工冰墩墩验证后处理文件安全可靠.

Abstract

Taking the post-processing of vertical four-axis machining center as the research ob-ject,the post-processing file of FANUC Oi-MF CNC system four-axis machining center was devel-oped based on Post Builder(NX1899 post-processing constructor).By writing a program in Tcl language,the post-processing file could automatically determine 3+1 fixed axis processing or four-axis linkage processing,so as to output the M code that locking and releasing the rotating ax-is and solve the problem of the rotation axis when it moving quickly.Finally,the post-processing documents were Bing Dwen Dwen verified safe and reliable after actual processing.
