In order to actively respond to the relevant national policies on the construction of city-wide industry-education consortium,it established the"five-element"industry and education con-sortium that with the municipal government,undergraduate colleges,vocational colleges,enter-prises and research institutes and city-wide industrial parks.It ran centering on economic and tech-nological development zones,industrial parks and high-tech development zones.The talent chain cluster,education chain cluster,industrial chain cluster,and innovation chain cluster were deeply integrated to realize the cultural synergy of corporate culture into the campus,the management synergy of market-oriented co-construction and sharing management system,the personnel syner-gy of determining multiple tutor teams to train students,and the scientific research synergy of over-coming difficulties to solve enterprise problems,forming a new education model of"five-element-four-chain and four-synergies".
