基于拓扑优化的冰箱门体热变形仿真研究与应用

分析冰箱门体在热载荷作用下的变形问题,采用拓扑优化方法进行仿真研究,并探索其在实际设计中的应用.结果表明:冰箱门体经冷热冲击试验后发生弯曲现象,变形趋势与仿真结果基本一致,且优化后门体单侧最大变形量均小于2.5 mm,加强铁组件质量减轻32%,使门体结构既满足轻量化要求,又保证变形符合设计要求,实现了对热变形的有效控制,为冰箱门体的优化设计提供了新思路.
Research and application of thermal deformation simulation of refrigerator door based on topology optimization
Focusing on the deformation problem of refrigerator door under thermal load,the topo-logical optimization method was adopted for simulation research,and its application in practical design was explored.The results showed that the bending phenomenon occurred after the cold and thermal shock test of the refrigerator door body,and the deformation trend was basically con-sistent with the simulation results.The maximum deformation of the door on one side was less than 2.5 mm after optimization,and the mass of the reinforced iron component was reduced by 32%,so that the door structure not only met the lightweight requirements,but also ensured that the deformation met the design requirements,and realized the effective control of thermal deforma-tion.It provided a new idea for the optimization design of refrigerator door.
