基于冲压CAE仿真技术的顶盖降本工艺研究

以某车型顶盖冲压工艺开发为例,按照传统冲压工艺设计无法满足小冲压线生产,通过对传统冲压工艺创新设计,并利用AutoForm数值模拟软件对新工艺进行分析论证,优化CAE分析的参数,使冲压CAE分析结果满足指标要求,最终使需要在大冲压线生产的零件实现在小冲压线生产,达到降本增效及绿色冲压生产的目的.
Research on cost reduction process for head cover based on stamping CAE simulation technology
Taking the development of the stamping process for the head cover as an example,the traditional stamping process design could not meet the production of small stamping lines,the CAE analysis parameters were optimized to ensure that the stamping CAE analysis results meet the indicator requirements by innovating the traditional stamping process design and using Auto-Form numerical simulation software to analyze and demonstrate the new process.Finally,the parts that need to be produced in the large stamping line were produced in the small stamping line,which achieved the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increasing and green stamping pro-duction.
