Research and application of fine design of die surface in automobile door outer plate
Taking the automobile door outer plate as the research object,the influence of surface defects,material thinning,and contact distance and structural strength on the forming quality of parts were analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the fine design of the die surface was applied and its effectiveness was verified,which reduced the die manufacturing cycle and improved the quality of the parts.
