摘要

针对侧围外板尾灯处拉深产生滑移、翻边整形产生起皱的问题,对拉深工艺补充、零件轮廓、工艺方案等进行可行性分析,改善成形过程,通过CAE软件进行成形验证,解决了零件成形起皱问题,达到了客户质量要求.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of slip caused by drawing and wrinkling caused by flanging and sizing of taillight area at the side wall outer plate,the feasibility analysis of drawing process supple-ment,part outline,and process scheme was carried out to improve the forming process,and the forming verification was carried out by CAE software to solve the forming wrinkling problem of the parts,which met the quality requirements of clients.
