摘要

阐述了水冷延时系统在汽车冲模中的应用与实践,解决了车身安全结构件在传统冲压工艺中成形困难、塑性变形不彻底等问题,通过压缩空气和电磁阀控制,驱动带有水冷系统的延时氮气弹簧实施延时压边拉深成形,制件成形效果良好.

Abstract

The application and practice of water-cooing delay system in automobile stamping die were described,it solved the problems such as difficult forming and incomplete plastic deforma-tion of body safety structure parts in traditional stamping process.By controlling with compressed air and solenoid valve,the delayed nitrogen gas spring with a water-cooling system was driven to implement delayed drawing forming with blank holder.The forming effect of the parts was good and the promotion value was high.
