摘要

针对某车型前保险杠,设计了一种注射模内分型机构,机构在模具开模过程中拉动前保险杠引擎盖翻边区域开模方向上的倒扣,以实现该区域的顺利脱模,并将塑件分型线隐藏在非外观面上,提高了塑件外观质量.

Abstract

An internal parting of injection mould was designed for the front bumper of a car,the mechanism pulled the fastener in the opening direction of the hood fanging area of front bumper when the mould opening,so as to realize the smooth demoulding of the area.The parting line of plastic parts was hided on the non-appearance surface,which improved the appearance quality of plastic parts.
