定角度刀具在管片模具型腔加工中的应用研究

摘要
为提高老式数控机床加工的生产率,缩短单件加工工时,制作了定角度刀具,以增大刀具切削量和提高切削速度,并改变了以往使用的分层铣削方式.经实际验证,定角度刀具提高了零件的加工效率,纯加工时间缩短了约54%,解决了管片模具型腔加工效率低的难题,同时降低了刀具成本.
Abstract
In order to improve the machining productivity of the old NC machine tool and shorten the working hours of a workpiece,a fixed angle tool was made to improve the cutting quantity and increase the cutting speed,and the layered milling method used in the past was changed.The actu-al verification showed that the fixed angle tool improved the machining efficiency of the parts,and the processing time had been reduced by about 54%,which solved the problem of poor machining efficiency of the segment die cavity and reduced the cost of the tool.
