摘要
随着经济的不断发展,知识产权日益成为市场竞争的重要资源,企业知识产权人才的结构和发展方向影响其知识产权战略的制定和实施,需加强会技术、懂法律、能管理的复合型人才培养,以破解企业知识产权人才结构失衡的局面,促进知识产权业务的持续健康发展.
Abstract
With the continuous development of society and economy,intellectual property is be-coming an important resource for market competition.The structure and development direction of enterprises'intellectual property talents directly affects the formulation and implementation of en-terprise intellectual property strategy.It is necessary to strengthen the training of compound tal-ents with technical skills,legal knowledge and management skills to solve the imbalance in the structure of intellectual property talents in enterprises,which promoted the sustained and healthy development of intellectual property business.
