基于刀路的模架快速报价方法

摘要
在模架成本构成中,加工费难以估算,其中又以型腔加工费用和孔加工费用占比最大,准确估算型腔加工费用和孔加工费用是给出精确模架报价的关键,使用NX二次开发技术,通过分析模架模型的加工刀路,按照加工顺序分别估算粗加工、二次粗加工、半精加工与精加工的费用,并通过对模型中的孔类进行识别与分类,实现孔加工费用的估算,在此基础上开发模架报价软件.
Abstract
In the cost composition of the mould base,processing fees are difficult to estimate accu-rately.Among the processing fees,the costs of cavity machining and hole machining account for the largest proportion.Therefore,accurately estimating the costs of cavity machining and hole ma-chining is crucial for providing precise mould frame quotations.It used NX secondary development technology to analyze the machining tool paths of the mould base model,and then estimated the costs of roughing,semi-roughing,semi-finishing,and finishing operations according to the ma-chining sequence.By identifying and categorizing hole types in the model,it achieved the estima-tion of hole machining costs.Based on these efforts,a set of mould base quotation software has been developed.
