Study on constitutive model and fracture model of 5052 alu-minum alloy
In order to investigate the formability of aluminum alloy,it is necessary to establish a correct material model, which can reflect the deformation behavior and fracture phenomenon of the material. In order to study the appropriate constitutive model and fracture model, three aniso-tropic specimens of uniaxial tension specimen, planar strain specimen, and compression speci-men,as well as three fracture specimens of notched specimen, specimen with a central hole and shear specimen were used.Experiments were carried out in combination with digital image corre-lation method.Based on experiments and modeling,Yld2000-3d anisotropic yield criterion,Swift-Voce hardening model and DF2014 fracture model were calibrated. The results showed that 5052 aluminum alloy had obvious anisotropy behavior, and the anisotropic behavior of aluminum alloy could be accurately reflected by Yld2000-3d anisotropic yield criterion, and the Swift-Voce model could accurately predict the whole hardening curve after necking.DF2014 fracture model was used to predict the fracture behavior of 5052 aluminum alloy, and the parameters of the fracture model were obtained by finite element simulation. The results showed that this fracture model could accurately predict the fracture behavior of aluminum alloy.
