摘要
介绍了新能源汽车驻车系统中使用的小模数齿形板的精冲级进模设计,利用多次整形修边的方法,实现精冲剪切面无撕裂的小模数齿形零件的制造,以替代传统的机加工工艺,提高了零件的生产效率,降低了生产成本.
Abstract
It introduced the design of fine blanking progressive die for small module parking gear plate in new energy vehicle.By multiple trimming and sizing,the production of small module park-ing gear plate without tearing on the fine blanking shear surface was achieved,and the progressive die replaced traditional stamping and machining processes.
