Research on springback compensation and accuracy improve-ment of automobile roof cover
Taking an automobile roof cover as an example,using AutoForm software as the analy-sis tool,the setting conditions and springback compensation methods for CAE analysis was de-scribed.The springback results were confirmed by selecting key point clamping method,and the springback compensation was given priority to the main profile of the workpiece,and then the springback compensation was carried out on the surrounding flange edges.For the problem of the size deviation of the actual parts,the CAE analysis results and the virtual and real verification of the actual parts were carried out,and the die rectification was carried out by adjusting the amount of springback compensation,so that the qualified rate of the size of the parts could meet the re-quirements of customers.
