摘要

通过对水性笔笔杆结构和成型工艺进行分析,设计了4次分型与2次脱模的模具结构,模具保证了进料套进料和型芯抽芯的顺利进行,解决了笔杆因结构复杂难以脱模的难题.经生产实践验证:模具结构设计合理、动作运行稳定、成型的塑件尺寸精度符合要求,对同类塑件的注射模设计可提供参考.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the structure and forming process of the penholder of rollerball pen,the four times parting and twice demoulding of mould was designed,which ensured the smoothly running of the feeding and core demoulding,and solved the problem that difficult de-moulding due to its complex structure.The production practice proved that the mould structure designed reasonable,the operation was stable,the dimensional accuracy of the moulded plastics met the requirements.
