摘要
介绍了整体式空调柜机前面板装饰条的结构特点,设计了多角度斜推滑块集成联动抽芯机构,实现1副模具代替2副模具成型塑件,降低了生产成本,减少了塑件之间装配的不稳定性,提升了空调柜机的装配方便性与外观品质.
Abstract
The structural characteristics of the decorative strip on the front panel of the integral air-conditioning cabinet were introduced.A core-pulling mechanism with"multi-angled slider in-tegrated linkage"was designed,which realized to form plastic parts by using one mould replaced the usual two moulds.It reduced the instability of excessive assembly between plastic parts,and improved the stability and appearance quality of air-conditioning cabinet.
