浅谈模具实训课程"多师共育,工学一体"的教学模式

摘要
介绍了依托所在院校开创的"多师共育,工学一体"的现代化教学模式,针对整合师资,发挥教师专业特长,打破传统单一教师授课等问题,通过建设塑料模设计与制造实训课程,同时建立工学一体教学体系的途径,为培养复合型模具高技能人才奠定基础,该创新教学模式对完善职业技能院校教学体系具有借鉴作用.
Abstract
The modern teaching model of"multi teachers co-education,integration of engineering and learning"created by Wenzhou Technician College was introduced.In response to the problems of integrating teachers,leveraging teachers'professional expertise,and breaking the traditional sin-gle teacher teaching,a solid foundation was laid for cultivating composite mould high skilled tal-ents through the construction of plastic mould design and manufacturing training courses and the establishment of an integrated engineering and learning teaching system.The innovative teaching model could improve the teaching system of vocational and technical colleges.
