汽车转向器压铸模设计及成型工艺数值模拟

分析了汽车转向器压铸成型工艺,铸件腔体较深,端口形状较为复杂,根据铸件结构特征设计了1模1腔的压铸模,并采用液压侧向抽芯机构.压铸模成型参数选择压射比压值为85 MPa,浇铸温度为670℃,模具预热温度为150℃,保压时间为5 s,填充速度约为0.22 s.应用UG12.0软件创建模具各部件的三维模型,最后应用MAGMAsoft软件对铸造过程的充型、冷却、收缩进行数值模拟并分析,验证该模具设计的合理性.
Design of automotive steering gear die-casting die and numerical simulation for forming process
The forming process of automotive steering gear was analyzed.According to the deep casting cavity and complex shape of the forgings,a die-casting die with one-cavity was designed,and hydraulic side core-pulling mechanism was adopted.The specific pressure of ejection was se-lected 85MPa,the casting temperature was 650℃,the preheating temperature of the die was 150℃,the holding time was 5 s,and the filling speed was about 0.22 s.The UG12.0 software was used for the establishment of the three-dimensional model of the die components,and finally the MAGMAsoft software was used for numerical simulation and analysis on the casting process of the filling,cooling,shrinkage,which to verify the rationality of the mould design,so as to put into actu-al production.
