摘要

通过对汽车后纵梁的冲压工艺进行分析,研究了提高零件的成形性并降低零件回弹的方案,拉深工序通过光顺零件中部凹陷特征和使用上压料板,第2工序对中部凹陷特征进行整形,避免了中部凹陷特征的起皱,第3工序通过使用托料板翻边,降低了大立壁区域的起皱风险,并在下模工艺补充区增加立筋特征,降低了翻边后的回弹.第5工序和第7工序对大立壁区域进行2次整形,保证了立壁区域的回弹能够满足装配需求.

Abstract

It mainly focused on the stamping process of the car rear side member products,aiming to improve the formability of the parts and reduce the springback.In drawing process,smoothed the concave features on the middle of the part and used an upper pressure plate.In the second pro-cess,sizing the concave features to avoid wrinkling.In the third process,the risk of wrinkling in the large vertical wall area was reduced by using a lower support plate for flanging,and the spring-back after flanging was greatly reduced by adding vertical features in the addendum area of the lower half of die.The fifth and seventh process used twice sizing for the large vertical wall area,en-sured that the springback of the vertical wall area could meet the assembly requirements.
