Optimization of hole-flanging for side members of high-strength steel seat cushions in automobiles
It analyzed the technical requirements for the riveting fit between the corresponding ar-eas of the side members of the car seat cushion and the bushing,and introduced the production process and characteristics of the conventional side member connection,pointed out the existing problems and defects.By combining the laws of material flow and volume conservation,improving and optimizing new processes,and integrating new processes,the problems of thin side walls and poor fit stability at the junction of side beams were effectively solved.Based on actual production,it had been proven that the overall process design was reasonable,and the cost control was appro-priate,which met the customer's usage requirements.
