基于拉深修边工序复合的前地板冲压工艺与模具设计

以某汽车平台SUV 车型前地板零件为研究对象,通过对传统拉深、修边冲压工艺分析及模具结构进行改进,实现了前地板拉深与修边2种工艺的复合.经过生产实践及品质验证,复合模结构不仅能满足前地板生产的品质要求,还能降低新车型模具开发投资和节约单件生产能耗.
Stamping process of front floor based on compound drawing-trimming and the die design
Taking the front floor of an SUV model as the research object,through analyzing the tra-ditional drawing,trimming and stamping process and improving die structure,the process combi-nation of drawing and trimming was realized.After production and practice and quality verifica-tion,the composite die structure could not only met the quality requirements of front floor parts production,but also effectively reduced the investment in die development for new models and saved the production energy of a single part.
