Research on micro-deformation of large span castings with scrap material recovery from punching die
The strength problem of large span castings caused by waste recycling in the stamping process of progressive punching die was discussed.The reason of blanking edge crack and the mechanism of micro-deformation caused by excessive punching pressure were analyzed in detail,and the solution was put forward.It adopted the appropriate shear angle to form the edge entry time difference,and improved the wall thickness of the casting to increase the strength.The cast-ing stress micro-deformation was analyzed to control the deformation,so that made the punching die cutting edge clearance suitable and without deformation damage.
