通过分析冰箱零度室卡条的结构特征,介绍了塑件注射模的设计过程.通过前期分析,确定了"热流道+普通流道"的浇注系统,设计"滑块+斜推杆"侧向抽芯机构实现塑件外凹槽倒扣顺利脱模,滑块成型结构由大滑块和4个滑块镶件连接组合,由于滑块脱模行程较长,采用滑块座延长其行程,降低制造成本,斜推机构由斜推杆、斜推导向块和斜推座组成并留有3 mm的安全距离.采用"推杆+斜推杆"联合推出,确保塑件在推出过程中受力均匀.实践证明:使用该注射模能成型完整、表面质量良好的合格塑件.
Design of injection mould for clamping strip of refrigerator zero-degree room
By analyzing the structural characteristics of the clamping strip of the refrigerator zero-degree room,the design process of the injection mould was introduced.Through preliminary analy-sis,the gating system of"hot runner+ordinary runner"was determined.A"slider+inclined ejector pin"lateral core-pulling mechanism was designed to realize the demoulding of the external groove.The forming structure of the slider was composed of a large slider and four slider inserts.Because of the long demoulding stroke of the slider,the slider seat was used to extend the stroke and reduce the cost.The inclined ejector mechanism was consisted of the inclined ejector guide block and the inclined ejector seat with a safe distance of 3 mm.The combined ejection of"ejector pin+inclined ejector pin"was adopted to ensure that the plastics were uniformly stressed.Practice has proved that qualified products with complete filling and good surface quality could be obtained by using the injection mould.
