Practical teaching of innovative design and 3D printing tech-nology based on reverse engineering
Based on the content of the national vocational skills competition and the job require-ments of additive manufacturing equipment operators in new occupations,six practical teaching tasks were designed,include model 3D data acquisition,model data processing,reverse modeling,product innovation design,product 3D printing and post-processing,and product accuracy detec-tion.The practical teaching was explained by taking the innovative design of aircraft model as an example.The implementation of the teaching practice enabled students to master the usage of common 3D printing equipment and understand the use of reverse engineering in innovative de-sign,which played an important role in promoting students'innovation ability,design ability and job competitiveness.
