摘要
车门内外板在车身上的功能不同,在表面质量和尺寸精度要求各有侧重,从制件型面回弹补偿数据、模具零件型面加工数据、模具研配调试等方面分析了车门内外板模具零件型面管理的差异,使模具零件型面具有一贯性和可恢复性,保证门板的成形质量,并缩短调试周期.
Abstract
The functions of the car door inner and outer plate on the body are different,with differ-ent emphasis on surface quality and dimensional accuracy requirements.The differences in the pro-file management of the die parts between the car door inner and outer plate were analyzed from three aspects:the springback compensation data of the die parts profile,the processing data of the die surface,and the die lapping and debugging,so as to make die parts profile consistent and recov-erable,which ensured the forming quality of the door plate and shortened the debugging period.
