摘要

在机罩设计中采用铝合金材质,旨在提升机罩内板的冲压成形质量,通过规划冲压方向,设计工艺补充面与拉深筋等,构建完整的工艺补充面模型,运用AutoForm软件对机罩内板的冲压成形过程进行模拟与验证,确保设计方案的可行性.基于仿真结果,提出并实施针对性的成形性改善方案,解决了机罩内板在冲压成形过程中遇到的难题.经对标分析及CAE分析双重验证,确定了铝合金机罩内板风挡处拔模角的最佳参考值为55°,为铝合金机罩内板的工艺设计及成形优化提供了参考.

Abstract

The use of aluminum alloy material in the hood design aimed to improve the stamping forming quality of the hood inner plate,a complete process supplement surface model was built by planning the stamping direction and designing reasonable process supplement surface and drawing bead,etc.,AutoForm software was used to simulate and verify the stamping process of the hood in-ner plate to ensure the feasibility of the design scheme.Based on the simulation results,a specific formability improvement scheme was proposed and implemented to solve the problems encoun-tered in the stamping process of the front hood inner plate.The best reference value of the die de-moulding angle was 55°at the windshield of the front hood inner plate of the aluminum alloy,which provided reference for the process design and forming optimization of the hood inner plate of the aluminum alloy.
