摘要
阐述了气动式凸模切换装置的使用特点和工艺特色,根据气路通断快速切换凸模使用位置,实现1模2件生产,代替了模具整体更换凸模及固定座,提高了安全系数,操作便捷,易于生产有孔及无孔零件.
Abstract
The use characteristics and process characteristics of the pneumatic punch switching de-vice were described,the use position of the punch could be fast switched according to the air path on or off,so as to realize the production of two parts in a die,which replaced the whole replace-ment of the die punch and fixed seat,improved the safety factor,made the device easy to operate,and easy production of perforated and non-perforated parts.
