铝型材纵梁弯曲工艺研究

铝型材纵梁尺寸大,弯曲回弹难以控制,且三维弯曲需要预先确定弯曲轨迹,而弯曲轨迹需要通过多轮次的调试才能确定,为此提出二维组合压弯实现纵梁的三维弯曲成形,首先将铝型材纵梁的三维弯曲成形等效转化成2个二维弯曲组合;其次根据零件在主平面上的投影,确定各个方向的压弯顺序;然后根据CAE分析结果预设反变形量;最后以试制方式进行验证.结果表明二维组合弯曲并结合局部热浴和保压可有效减小铝型材纵梁回弹.
Research on bending process of aluminum profile longitudi-nal beam
Due to the large size of the aluminum profiles longitudinal beam,the bending springback was difficult to control,and the three-dimensional bending trajectory needed to be determined in advance,and the bending trajectory needed to be determined through debugging several times,the two-dimensional combined bending was proposed to achieve three-dimensional bending of the longitudinal beam.Firstly,the three-dimensional bending forming of the aluminum profile longitu-dinal beam was equivalently transformed into two two-dimensional bending combinations.Sec-ondly,the bending order in each direction was determined according to the projection of the parts on the main plane.In addition,the reverse deformation value was preset according to the CAE analysis results.Finally,it was verified by trial production,and the results showed that two-dimen-sional combined bending combined with local heat bath and pressure holding could effectively re-duce the springback of aluminum profile longitudinal beams.
