汽车顶盖冲压成形缺陷与模具调试

某顶盖两侧存在负角,经过拉深后尾部需要较大成形量的侧整形,零件存在起皱和开裂、尺寸不稳定等现象,模具调试和整改次数较多,结合经验对零件尾部开裂缺陷进行了分析,从整形量大小与减薄率方面考虑,通过改进拉深拔模角和OP20拉深筋阻力,同时对尾部起皱和角部表面缺陷分别采用吸皱筋和减少正压料区域,解决了零件尾部缺陷.
Stamping forming defect and die debugging of automobile top cover
There are negative angles on both sides of a top cover,and the tail of the part needs to be sized with a large amount of forming after drawing,and the part is prone to wrinkling,cracking,and dimensional instability,which results in more die rectification and debugging.Based on the ex-perience,the cracking defect of the tail of the part was analyzed,starting from the size of the sizing amount and the thinning rate,the problem of the part defect was solved by improving the drawing draft angle and drawing rib resistance,increasing with wrinkle absorbing ribs and reducing in the positive pressure area in the wrinkling at the tail and the surface defects at the corner of the part,respectively.
