摘要

分析盘形螺旋棘轮结构特点和功能作用,介绍了其注射模结构,通过简易的滚珠旋转结构实现成型塑件倒扣处的脱模,并对模具中的关健零件齿圈研制了特殊的磨削加工方法,降低了加工成本.模具经实际生产验证:模具零件动作可靠,成型的塑件质量合格,对类似塑件的模具设计具有一定的参考作用.

Abstract

The structure characteristics and functions of disc spiral ratchet were analyzed,and its injection mould structure was introduced,the demoulding at the fastener of molded plastic parts was realized by a simple ball rotating structure.A special grinding method was developed for the gear ring of the key part in the die,which reduced the processing cost.It has been verified by the actual production that the action of the mould parts was reliable,the molded plastic parts were qualified,and it had a certain reference for the mould design of similar plastic parts.
