摘要

研究了汽车座椅后座泡沫的模具设计过程,分析了泡沫模具合理的设计尺寸,对模具钢丝固定方式、排气销及水路分布进行了设计,避免了泡沫可能出现的外观缺陷;通过比对模具镶嵌件固定方案,选择了更适合批量生产的结构.经生产验证,泡沫尺寸及外观良好,达到了预期效果,对泡沫模具设计具有借鉴意义.

Abstract

The mould design process of backseat foam of car seat was studied,the reasonable de-sign size of foam mould was analyzed,and the steel wire fixing mode,exhaust pin and water distri-bution in mould were designed to avoid the appearance defects of foam.By comparing with the fix-ing scheme of die inserts,the structure more suitable for mass production was selected.The pro-duction verification,the foam size and appearance were good,and the expected effect was achieved,which has reference significance for foam mould design.
