Process method for controlling warping deformation of long glass fiber plastic parts
Taking the automobile instrument panel frame with complex structure,large size and di-mensional accuracy requirements as an example,a process method for controlling the warping de-formation of long glass fiber plastic parts was introduced,the various attempts were made in CAE analysis to determine the optimal opening sequence of gate,and the principle of"low mould tem-perature and long pressure holding time"was followed in injection production and debugging.The method was simple and easy to operate,and had been verified on a number of models,shortened the new product development cycle,saved the capital cost of trial production,which could provid-ed references for the early development of the similar plastic parts.
