摘要
采用低成本传感器对模具进行智能改进,搭建了冲压智能模具系统方案架构,介绍了模具安全、产品质量、生产效率方面的应用场景,同时还介绍了信号感知与数据采集、数据管理与模型和系统开发与优化3个层面的开发方法,可为冲模数字化改造提供参考.
Abstract
Some low-cost sensors were used to improve intelligent dies and a stamping intelligent die system architecture was built.It introduced the application scenarios of die safety,product and quality,and production efficiency,and described the system development methods at three levels,which were signal perception and data acquisition,data management and modeling,and system de-velopment and optimization.It could provide references for the digital transformation of stamping dies.
