摘要

为解决盒形件成形质量问题,以继电器外罩为研究对象,提出采用5道工序级进模拉深实现高精密成形,并采用数值模拟方法探究模具参数对盒形件级进模成形质量的影响及其规律,建立5道工序级进模拉深成形有限元模型,实现模具参数的优化.

Abstract

In order to solve the forming quality problem of box-shaped parts,taking the relay cover as the research object,a processive die with five drawing processes was proposed to realize high-precision forming.Numerical simulation was used to investigate the influence of die parameters on the forming quality of box-shaped parts.The finite element model for five drawing processes were established to optimize die parameters.
