摘要

以钛合金凹陷垫圈零件的成形为研究对象,通过对材料进行分析,采用有限元模拟和工艺试验相结合,确定级进模成形方案,方案实施后满足了零件的设计尺寸及质量要求,提高了生产效率,降低了制造成本,通过实施验证,梳理完备的工艺流程,为新材料类似零件的成形工艺设计提供了参考,对后续类似零件的精准成形提供参考.

Abstract

Taking the forming of titanium alloy concave washer parts as a research object,through the combination of material analysis,finite element simulation and process test,the progressive die forming scheme was determined,which met the design size and quality requirements of parts after implementation.Through the implementation of the verification,a set of process flow was sorted out,which provided an effective way for the forming process of similar parts with new mate-rial,and provided references for the accurate forming of subsequent similar parts.
