摘要

通过对封头零件的结构特点和尺寸参数进行分析,提出多种可能的解决方案.为了验证这些方案的可行性,利用模具进行不同工艺方案的实际验证,经过比较和评估,最终采用预拉深后将大圆角整形成小圆角的工艺方案.实践结果表明,该模具设计方案解决了成形过程中的技术难题,为类似零件的成形提供了参考.

Abstract

Through analysis of the structural characteristics and dimensional parameters of the head parts,it proposed various potential solutions.To verify the feasibility of these schemes,the dies were used to conduct practical demonstrations of different processing options.After compari-son and evaluation,the process scheme of pre-drawing followed by shaping and angle modifica-tion was ultimately adopted.Practical results indicated that the die design scheme successfully re-solved the technical difficulties encountered during the forming process,which provided useful ref-erences for the forming of similar parts.
